You have no reviews. Why would I trust this?

You shouldn't — not on my word. So don't. Install the free plan: it costs nothing, there's no card, and you uninstall it from Shopify like any other app. All billing runs through Shopify, so there's nothing for me to keep charging you for. Judge it on your own store. That's the only honest answer I have, and it's why the free plan is a real plan and not a trial.

What happens to my bill if I uninstall?

It stops. Every charge runs through Shopify's app billing, not a card I hold — there's no Stripe, no PayPal, nothing else in this app. So uninstalling ends the subscription inside Shopify itself, rather than depending on me to action it. Anything already billed for the current period settles under Shopify's billing terms.

Will my price go up if my traffic does?

No. Your plan has a visitor cap, and the cap is a limit, not a trigger. Go over it and campaigns simply stop showing until the next month — there's no overage rate in the app and nothing that auto-upgrades you. Growth is $19, Scale is $49, Pro is $149, and that's what you pay whether you use a tenth of the plan or all of it.

Can I cancel without emailing anyone?

Yes. One click inside the app — no support ticket, no retention call, no waiting to be contacted by a representative. And if you've paid within the last 30 days, email me and I'll pro-rate a refund.

Do I need a developer, or to be good at design?

No to both. You install from the App Store — no theme code, no snippet to paste. Then pick a template, change the words, and publish. And if you'd rather not do even that, book fifteen minutes and I'll build the first one with you.

Is support better on the expensive plan?

You reach me either way. There's one inbox — denzil@nudgesmart.com — and it's me on the other end whether you're paying $149 or nothing at all. Paid plans move you up the queue when there is one; they don't route you somewhere different. I won't print a response time, because I'd rather not publish a number I might miss on a bad week.

Is my data safe when I use the AI features?

Yes. AI features only see the prompt you type and your storefront's brand colors. They never see customer data, orders, or analytics. Every generation saves as a draft — nothing goes live until you publish it yourself.
